Coffee smoothie and Protein Bliss balls

Our talented ambassador in Norway, Desiree Andersen, has created two recipes to inspire you both before and after training. Ditch the energy drink before training and recharge with an invigorating coffee smoothie. After training, the body needs both protein and carbohydrates. These delicious protein balls provide both. Pure Marine Collagen can be added to hot food and drink and has no added flavour. A perfect supplement for your training or as an easy part of everyday life.
